The COP30 Executive Report, released following the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Belém, sets out the main decisions, priorities, and implementation mechanisms agreed by Parties. It provides a structured overview of outcomes and defines the COP30 Presidency’s work programme in the lead-up to future negotiations.

Presidency Roadmaps

  • Deforestation and Forest Degradation Roadmap

  • Continued development of the Baku to Belém Roadmap

  • Target: Mobilisation of $1.3 trillion in climate finance

  • Priority on improving access to finance for developing countries

Adaptation

Implementation Mechanisms

According to COP30 President André Aranha Corrêa do Lago, the report is intended to:
